Lovely double bedroom for rent in a first floor 3 bed flat overlooking Wandsworth Common. The room is available from now and we’d like someone who could move in by 1st September. Bills are additional and come to £100 per month.

A bit about us! Staying in the flat are myself and another Ellie. We work in Project Management/ Management Consultancy and are mostly working from home for the moment. We are both social and always up for hanging out together as a house, and can often be found drinking tinnies on Wandsworth Common at the moment! We are also very up for quiet nights in chilling in front of the TV watching Disney +. New flatmate preferences would ideally not be someone also called Ellie, but this isn't a deal breaker 😊

The room is bright and airy, with a sash window overlooking the common. It comes furnished with a double bed and an additional separate built-in wardrobe/cupboard outside of the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, washing machine, cupboard space, and a table and chairs which seats four people.

The sitting room has two large sofas and a television - it is a welcoming space to relax and has plenty of room to set up a desk for working from home (if you’re like us and don’t fancy working in your bedroom all day during lockdown!).

The bathroom is huge and has a shower and a bath. In addition to the main bathroom, there is also a separate toilet.

The flat is ideally located, a five minute walk to Wandsworth Common station, and less than a 15 minute walk to Balham and Tooting Bec station. The flat overlooks the common, has a Sainsbury’s opposite and has Flotsam & Jetsam below which does a wonderful brunch!
