Small double room in shared flat in Balham

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in Balham where we have a furnished double room available.

There are four of us in the flat, but you'd only be sharing a bathroom and separate toilet with one other person which is a perk.

The room comes with the furniture pictured (bed & wardrobe). It's the smallest room in the flat, but scope to make it nice and cosy! We also have storage in the attic for anything you don't need to keep in the room.

There are three of us in the flat now: Jess, Katy and Spencer. One of us is an EA, one works in the charity sector, and the other in Sport.

We're all friendly, laid-back and the kind of people who like to hang out/go for a drink together but also have our own things going on. Looking for someone with a similar mindset and it's a bonus if you're into watching the football.

All three of us are in hybrid working roles so work from home 2-4 days a week.

Bills are around £110 a month. This includes water, gas, elec, council tax (band D) and WiFi so nothing else to pay on top.
