The Household
You’ll be sharing with me, Luis! I’m a friendly Cyber Security Consultant who enjoys a chat but also respects personal space.
I spend few days a week with my partner so you’ll frequently have the flat to yourself.
My kids visit occasionally: my son (a masters student) stays Mon–Fri mostly just here to sleep, and my daughter visits every other weekend and during school holidays. It’s a very independent, relaxed atmosphere.

Balham has an amazing energy! Whether you’re looking for a great brunch spot, a craft beer, or a quick 20-minute hop into the City or West End, you’re covered. We have plenty of supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Aldi) and—as I’ve recently discovered—an impressive number of barbers and hairdressers
