Large Double in Balham/Wandsworth Common

Unfortunately myself and my girlfriend are having to move out from our wonderful, spacious 2 bedroom furnished flat which we share with our friend (Abi).

The flat is a maisonette split over 3 floors with a private garden/patio seating area, located on a lovely quiet residential road between Wandsworth Common station and Balham station (both approx. 6 minute walk). There is a large modern bathroom with a bath and huge walk in shower and separate living area with loads of storage.

The bedroom itself is located on the first floor and comes furnished with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes, two chests of drawers, a bed side table and a large double bed.

You'd be living with Abi (26), who works for a startup and loves brunching, gym / running, yoga, baking banana bread, and enjoys dinner and drinks at the weekends, but also chilling and watching a movie. She would like to live with another woman or couple who are easy going, sociable, and also clean and tidy.

The rent for the room/flat is £1085 and is available from around the end of October (open to change to sooner or later if required). All bills come to approximately £50 to £70 a month per person (if split between 3 and depending on the season). The current tenancy agreement comes to an end on the 9th May with the option to extend.
