The flat is fully furnished across the first and second floors and boasts a stunning open plan living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings and beams adding a country home feel to the place. There is a modern bathroom with a shower and bath. We have a big comfy L-shaped sofa in front of the tv, dining table, dishwasher, tumbledryer etc. We've also got a good sized private roof terrace/balcony perfect for barbecues.

The flat is 6 mins away (quarter of a mile) from Balham tube and train station and town centre, and is also nearby to Wandsworth and Clapham Commons.

The current flatmates are Kane and Immy, an easy going couple who enjoy cooking, the odd Netflix binge, going to the gym and plenty of trips to the pub. We are looking for someone who is like-minded and we are looking forward to having someone to share this amazing flat (and the odd bottle of wine) with. .
