Friendly house in Balham

Sadly I’m having to move back home to Manchester for work so looking for someone to take my room and join 3 great housemates!

The room and house:

The room is completely furnished with a bed, wardrobe, two chest of drawers and a storage cupboard.

The house is open and bright with a big living room, kitchen and conservatory. In the evenings we're usually all hanging out whilst cooking, watching too many reality TV shows and enjoying a wine and/or chocolate!

If you are WFH the room is big enough for a desk or we have a large dining room which we have temporarily converted into an office.

There is a spacious garden which has a swing chair, table and chairs, a bbq and a paddling pool which all get a lot of use in the summer!

Permit parking for an additional cost (from the council) on the road outside.

Location:

We're a 5 minute walk to Wandsworth Common and about 10 minutes to Tooting Common. 2 minute walk to Balham high street where you'll find all the delights Balham has to offer!

You will be living with three other girls, between 27-31 who are super friendly and looking for someone to call the house their home

Bills:

£75.00 per month on top of the rent.
