Very cosy 3 bedroom flat with balcony Sunsets!

Hey there,

We have a double room with a ton of storage come available in our lovely flat located between Clapham South and Balham (10 mins to either station).

We’re also close to Clapham Common and Tooting Common for a little bit of green space, but the flat has a quiet balcony with a great sunrise too.

The flat itself is very bright and open but still very private, it’s a real cosy place in the winter and beautiful in the summer!

There is a wonderful sunrise in the bedroom listed, living room and the balcony which let’s in lots of light, whilst getting a beautiful sunset in the evening through the front of the flat and in the kitchen.

It is very well maintained and our landlord is so quick to respond to any issues, usually on the day or as soon as possible!

Our lovely flatmate Matthew has decided to move in with their partner so the room will be free from March 15th.

We’re three professionals who are sociable, we really get on and often spend our evenings watching something on TV with a cuppa and just having a laugh. Also we often go to the local farmers market on Saturday mornings to get some pastries!!
Me and Jess are a Welsh couple, we are massive foodies (so if you are too, oh we’ll get on very well and know the best spots) also Jess often bakes something amazing to share!
Aisling is Irish and super friendly and bubbly, always up for anything! We all get on very well and have really love where we live!
But we also respect each other’s schedules and own social lives. We always keep the flat clean and treat it as home.

We’re looking for a clean, tidy, friendly and sociable flatmate to join our little family. We are ideally looking for a male just to keep the balance, but anyone is welcome if they fit our vibe! :)

The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, mirrored cabinet, three tiered wall shelf, massive windowsill space, and a very generous sized built-in wardrobe with overhead space. It also has a new bed and mattress.

The rent for the room is £650.
This doesn't include bills. Bills come to about £90 month.
Jonny (our landlord) is awesome and really relaxed overall. We’re really lucky to have a good landlord.

In addition to the deposit (£600), there is also a holding fee of £150 which you have to pay if you're keen on the flat, this is to secure your place and will be taken off your first month's rent :)
