The house is perfectly located on the corner of the trendy Ritherdon Road with its array of coffee shops, brunch cafes and galleries for that perfect Saturday/Sunday morning. Argos and 24 hour Tesco are right next door, Whilst Tooting Common, home to the weekly Park Run and the famous Tooting Bec Lido only an 8 minute walk to the rear. You'll find Tooting Broadway with its two trendy food markets, busy pubs, bars, restaurants and brunch cafes just a 10 minute walk away. Tooting was recently voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world to live, by Lonely Planet.
