Cosy Balham flat - Wandsworth Common on doorstep

- - About the room - -

The room is really cosy and is on the middle floor with a landing area next to it for shared storage, hanging washing and plenty of space for a desk if you are working from home - this has been great this year!

The flat is rented as 'unfurnished', but you can keep the furniture when you move in. There is a bed, a full-length mirror and a chest of drawers in the room, as well as another set of shelves on the landing.

- - The property - -

The flat is in a great location! It's roughly a 10 minute walk to Balham tube and train stations, and bus stops on the high street. Wandsworth Common and Wandsworth Common train station are both 3 minutes' walk, which is great for getting outside for some greenery!

There are plenty of bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants on and around Balham high street, so lots of places to explore locally with a village feel. You also have lots of shops to choose from: Aldi, Sainsbury's, Waitrose and a regular market.

The living room is really cosy and spacious. and the kitchen is roomy for three people with plenty of cupboard space. The main bathroom is just shared with one other housemate, as one of the other bedrooms has an en suite.

- - The household - -

There are three bedrooms altogether, so you will be sharing with two other housemates. Both are professionals: one female, aged 29 who is a key worker and one male, aged 31 who works in recruitment, so has been working from home for most of this year.

Both housemates are considerate and friendly and are looking for a like-minded individual to move in. They both enjoy cooking, some drinks at the weekend and some exercise during the week but equally are respectful of each other's space and keep the flat clean.

- - Bills & Deposit - -

Bills are £75 each every month, which includes gas and electric, water and internet. Any surplus is used for joint household bits like bin bags, cleaning products etc.

Deposit is TBC on application. The landladies will communicate this to you if you decide to take the room. I will liaise with them to contact you to do the relevant tenancy checks and meet you via video call.
