Housemate Wanted For Sociable Flat

Lovely ground floor flat in Balham with large rear garden and large communal kitchen diner area.

Decorated with nice furnishings and therefore looking for someone who is clean and respects nice things!

Great sized garden perfect for BBQs, working out etc.

The room available:
A small double, it already comes with a double cabin bed which helps utilise the space in the room as can stand beneath it etc. Happy to send more pics via WhatsApp. There’s space for a desk, chest of drawers under the bed and also a clothes rail behind the ladder.

Parking permits available to purchase through the council and always car spaces available.

A 5 min walk to Balham underground and overground. Lots of really nice bars and restaurants, supermarkets (Aldi & Sainsburys) and shops also a 5 min walk away, and access to Tooting common within 5 mins in the other direction.

Looking for:
An easy going working professional that is sociable but also respects a chilled night (we both work from home so don’t go too wild in the week!)
But we do enjoy a night out at the weekend. We have busy social lives and have made this flat a home so want to share with someone else with the same mindset (clean and tidy etc).

Brit (27) Great baker, fun creative and sporty individual.
Jesse (30) Incredible cook, fun creative housemate. Also loves to socialise but equally we both like our chilled movie nights.
