Balham SW12 one of the most outstanding neighbourhoods in SW London.

A double room available in a quiet Mews development, short walk to all that Balham has to offer, we are midway between Balham and Clapham South Northern Line, Balham main line overground direct to Gatwick Airport, Clapham Junction and Victoria Station, bus stops almost at the front door, transport connections are brilliant.

Waitrose, Sainsbury and Aldi close at hand plus many bars and restaurants.

Pics are attached of the room with a large wardrobe for storage and shared amenities.

Long term tenant is preferable. The room is furnished, double bed, desk but this is adjustable depending on your needs.

Communal garden very rarely used by other neighbours.

The room is not available until 1 June but we are most happy to arrange viewings before hand and a deposit will secure the room for the move in date.
