Secluded on the top floor with a comfortable Queen size bed, the room has its own large and recently refurbished shower room (linen and towels suppled) with Wifi and fitted wardrobe. Belongings can be left securely in the room over the weekends. Rent includes all utilities.
The room is serviced fortnightly with clean sheets and towels.
Located in the Nightingale Triangle close (5 mins walk) to Balham overground and tube stations (Northern Line).
In easy walking distance to Balham High Road with Waitrose, Sainsbury's and Aldi nearby, as well as a range of trendy bars and restaurants. Nearest cinema is the Picturehouse in Clapham Old Town.
Landlady works from home and is the owner of a Labrador/Setter cross - so you need to like dogs.
This accommodation is for a single professional woman working in London during the week. It is only available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights which is why it is described as Monday to Friday.
