Double Bed in Balham - 6 month let

My current housemate is ditching me to buy a place so I'm looking for someone to fill his double bedroom until the end of the lease in March 2023.

- Clean 2-bed flat with an open plan kitchen and living room area
- Space to work from home if needed (I work in my room so the living room is all yours)
- Netflix and Sky Sports all included
- On a very quiet residential street
- 5-10mins walk to Balham station or Tooting Bec station
- 5 mins walk to Wandsworth Common or 10 mins walk to Tooting Common
- Space to store a bike if needed

- Rent is £910 per month and bills are an extra £100-£120 on top of that

I'm a 29yo male working in Central London - currently going in 2 or 3 days a week. I usually spend a couple of nights per week out of the flat, either at my girlfriend's or out for drinks.

I'll be looking to move out in March next year, but the landlord is great so they'd be very open to letting you stay beyond that if you wanted to.
