We are Cora and Harriet and we are on the hunt for two new housemates!

A bit about us:

Cora - 29 - Originally from London and is TV producer.

Harriet - 31 - Originally from Surrey and works in the charity sector.

We have our own friends and hobbies, but we also enjoy spending time as a house and see it as a home rather than just a place to stay. We're keen for someone who wants the same balance and would welcome house drinks, dinners and bbq’s, and the occasional spin class.

We have just moved into a 4 person share in Balham which has been reccently deccorated. We previously lived together in another flatshare with the same landlord.

A little about the house:

The house has a large kitchen with a balcony and stairs that go into our own private garden. The kitchen has a dining table.

We then have a separate living room with balcony and space for a desk.

Rooms available - 2 double rooms available with a built in wardrobe and space for a chest of drawers

Room 1 -
Double room in the eves of the house. Has a built in wadrobe and additional storage space just outside the room. Has a huge velux window which lets in lovely light. Only one other bedroom on this floor so you will only share your bathroom with one other.
Avaliable with a bedframe and bediside tables but it can be fully unfurnished if you prefer.
Cost - £750 plus bills.

Room 2-
Humongeous double room with en suite. Situated at the front of the house and has 3 large windows. fitted wadrobe and fitted shelves so lots of storage.
Avaliable with a bedframe and bediside tables but it can be fully unfurnished if you prefer.
Cost - £1200 plus bills

The location is ideal:
- We’re just under 10 minutes walk from Balham station (tube and overground)
- Wandsworth Common is at the end of our road which is great in the summer months! And it has a station which gets you into Victoria in 9 mins
- Balham itself is just a 10 minute walk away with loads of supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose), shops, pubs and cafes / brunch spots
-Tooting Bec station is also a 10 min walk away
