Room to rent in Balham Flat

We are a couple looking for a housemate to move in to a flat we have been living in for the last year. We don’t want to give up such a nice place but sadly the two girls are moving out to buy.

We are both working in the city, however will be working from home 60% of the time. We are into cooking, sport and are often out and about most weekends. But also would love to chill together when we’re all home.

We are looking for a housemate to move into the third room who shares similar interest to us.

The flat is situated super close to the tube station and situated on a nice quiet road whilst only being a few minutes away from the all the date, bars and pubs in Balham.

There are 3 double bedrooms all furnished with double ottoman beds, wardrobe and draws. With plenty of room to work in the bedrooms or in the dining area. There is a great sized garden at the back of the property ideal for workouts and socializing.

The property is available from 01st October 2022 for a 12 month tenancy, for £900 a month. Bills are not included and we have a private landlord, quick to help with any queries and deal with any maintenance.
