Double bedroom in Balham / Tooting common

Our current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend 🥲 , so we have a spare double room going in a nice area just off Tooting common.

You will be living with 2 guys (both 27) who are both working professionals (a few days at home)

We’re both very chill and busy during the week but open to going out @ the weekends and both enjoy music and events etc.

The living room is really nice and spacious with lots of natural light and the bedroom is a decent size with space for a small desk if you do need to ever work from home.

We’re open to living with whoever so long as you’re relaxed and easy going , pro if you’re any good at teaching us how to cook better.

Can meet up with us before to see if you like the place / us .

Also a decent sized garden at the back :)

*This is a 6 month tenancy running from the 23rd of March . There is no deposit but rent is paid in 2 monthly instalments .
