Light and airy double room available to rent in beautiful flat near Wandsworth Common

Would be joining two friendly women (27 & 28) who enjoy cooking together and being sociable. Both young professionals, working full time in the city.

Looking for a like-minded female flatmate of similar age who's tidy and a non-smoker.

Lovely south-facing bedroom with king-size bed and built-in wardrobes. Large bathroom shared with one flatmate. Has separate bath and shower and plenty of storage.

The communal living areas are large and open-plan. The kitchen is well-equipped.

Room available from 1st April with a 12-month license (we can potentially be flexible on this).

Rent is £1,300 pcm - this includes 3 hours weekly cleaning of bathrooms and communal spaces, and fixed bills (e. g. TV license, council tax, WiFi, service charge). Energy bills are paid separately and split between the 3 of us - in the last year, these have been £75/month on average.

Wandsworth Common station is a few minutes walk away (12 minutes train to Victoria), and it's a 10-15 minute walk to Balham tube on the Northern Line.
