Double bedroom 2 mins walk from Balham station available in June. £784 a month excluding bills.
The flat:
We have a 3 bed, top floor flat only a 2-minute walk from the station. There’s a bright open-plan kitchen / living room and a pretty sizeable garden which we make full use of in the summer! We’re also within easy walking distance of both Wandsworth and Tooting commons.

The room that’s up for grabs is a small double but you’ll have full access to the spare room which has space for extra storage and a desk.

Your potential flatmates:
Felix – 28, civil servant, loves organised fun. Spends most of his time climbing, running or making massive tray bakes. Claims he’s healthy but you’ll regularly catch him stuffing a maccies bag into the bin at 1 in the morning after Thursday work drinks.

Matty – 28, chartered surveyor & gardener extraordinaire - loves a Thursday pint & summer bbq. Claims to be a keen runner & cyclist, but is even keener on finding excuses.
We’re good mates with a solid balance of hanging out and having our own space. We’re *currently* both keen runners and love trying out new sports so will often be out and about during the week but when we're at home, we spend most of our time hanging out in the living room, cooking, and disagreeing over what to watch.
You:
