I'm looking to replace myself in my flat share in Balham as I've decided to move in with my girlfriend.

The room is a large double with plenty of room to get creative. The location of the flat is the best I've ever experienced in my time in London. 5 mins from Balham station, 5 mins from the heart of Balham with its vibrant nightlife. 5 mins from tooting common, with Clapham and Wandsworth common not far away either.
A large Sainsburys, Aldi and Waitrose close by takes care of all the shopping needs.

You will be moving into the flat with the current flat mates: Matt, and James. James and Matt work in finance / insurance, play 5 aside and generally just hanging out together enjoying the London life

We are looking for someone to come into this house and be sociable. Heading to the pub after a long day at work and watching the footie together is a weekly occurrence. 5 aside football and tennis are played pretty regularly and always interested in taking more numbers. Summer bbqs and hungover netflix binges are also pretty common!
