The house is a 3-story townhouse 1 minute walk away from Tooting Common, 12 minute walk to both Balham and Streatham Hill Stations.
We all get along really well, we love a good chat, making food together, brunches, and some wine and unwind after a long week. We are looking for someone to match the house vibe and become friends :)
Bills are not included and come to roughly £150 a month.
