Brilliant home in Balham - Short term rentals

Fantastic home for anyone looking for a place to stay near Clapham South/ Balham. Only available for short term rentals/ lodgers. Maximum 4-6 weeks so consider this a rolling listing and provide your preferred dates when you message.

You'll have your own bright double bedroom with lots of storage for your belongings. You can share access to a large living room, dining room, kitchen and decent sized garden. There is also a home gym that you can use with spin bike and weights.

The location is brilliant for anyone that likes long walks with a coffee as much as drinks and dinner. A stone's throw from Balham high street with lots of bars and restaurants, Clapham Common and Tooting Common very close and the tubes in easy walking distance to take you into town, you have so much choice right on your doorstep. There is also plenty of parking space if you have a car (permit required/ day rate available).

There is a toy cockapoo at the property who loves humans and lots of cuddles. This breed is hypoallergenic so doesn't shed or smell but you'll still know he's around!

Not looking for a permanent housemate but I have some room to share on a periodic basis. This could be a short term stay as you acclimatise to London, a few weeks to cover you between rental properties, or weekday nights if you commute in for a few days in the office per week. We can chat and see if it would work for both of us. Rent can also be discussed for different arrangements, including bills (currently included in price given - council band B).
