Sunny Double bedroom in Balham

We have a lovely sunny double bedroom (fully furnished) available which I think might be perfect for what you need. We are a family of 4 - with a small dog living in Balham. We have a period 5-bed house with a large south-facing garden (by London standards) in Balham between Clapham South and Balham tube/train. There is a bus stop on the road which can take you quickly into Balham or Streatham.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a bookshelf currently filled with books.

The bathroom is shared with our two children (13 and 15).

We have had a male lodger living with us for the last 7 years who has been commuting between the north of England and London for work and it has worked really well. He has just got a new job closer to home and so is no longer needing a place to stay in London.
