Looking for a roommate to buddy up ✨

Hi, me (25) and my best friend (25) are looking to move into this new house in Balham on the 5th of June. It’s a 3 bed house, so we are looking for a third person to buddy up with! The landlord deals with all the things and will be renting the flat out to a group of three.

About the house:

* Bright double bed room with under-bed storage in spacious flat
* Well furnished with integrated wardrobes
* secure bike storage and off street parking available if required
* Close to Balham Leisure Center/Station and amenities (5-7 minutes-see map)
* Fully equipped separate kitchen/breakfast room including w/machine, dishwasher, microwave etc
* Bathroom and wc with excellent shower facility;

Bills including high speed fibre optic broadband average to about £100 per month each, so about £985 in total for each.

The flat is ideally located on the corner of Childbert Rd and Elmfield Rd with easy access to Balham Station (edge zone 2/3), Tooting Bec Common as well as the shops, bars and restaurants. All within 5-10 minutes from flat.

A bit about us: We are both full-time professionals; Tahia works for Lloyds Bank and I work for West London College. We both do a mix of office based and working from home and in our spare time, like to explore London looking for new bookstores, restaurants, and cute places to take photos in! You'll also find us baking (me), writing (that’s Tahia), and ordering too many parcels and then groaning at having to return them later (both of us lol). We'd love to have a cozy, social household where we each also respect our own space.
