Sunny Balham flat close to tube

Double room available in Balham with two female housemates. I'm only leaving because I've purchased a flat, but I've been here 3 years and have loved it!

The flat has a communal garden and a balcony. We have lots of built in storage and a big living room area. The room itself comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers and in-built wardrobe.

The area is quiet but close to the high st with groceries, pubs and the tube only 7min walk away. Balham also has a train station and we are also close to Wandsworth Common train station. Lots of restaurants, wine bars and cafes close by. Plus, we are only a short walk to the lovely Wandsworth Common.

We are looking for a friendly housemate to replace me in the flat. The flat is quiet and clean, but we like to have a chat and watch a movie together every now and again. We also have a cleaner that comes every two weeks which keeps the flat in order.

The room will be available from mid-May, the date will be confirmed soon. Contract details below:

Rent: £866.67 a month
Deposit: £833.33
Bills: £100 a month
Other: Cleaner for £19 fortnightly, £50 one-off name change fee
Contract ends: 27 November 2024 with likely renewal
