We are a group of 4 friends looking for two new flatmates in our amazing house. We have been living here for more than a year, building memories, sharing meals and laughs, and now (sadly) two of us are moving to work in a new city, so we would like you to join us!
We have two bedrooms available.
The first room is a very large double room with plenty of space, light and storage available from beginning of May.
The second room is a single bedroom with the best views to our garden and plenty of sun during the day. This can be available anytime from May to September.
The rooms are not furnished, but furniture can be bought from current tenants for a reasonable price.
The house is big and fully equipped, with two toilets and even an extra living room (aka cinema room) and a ping pong table.
Our living space is full of plants and trees, so if you want a little private spot of nature in London, this might be the place for you.
The area is safe, with plenty of families and children, but also full of dinner spots and nice pubs to spend a fun evening. Very close to the Northern line and trains are available from Balham station.
