Large double bedroom available in Balham

Hey!


Our lovely flat mate is moving out after 5 years and moving in with her bf 🥹 So we are now looking for a replacement to fill her room.

The bedroom is a fantastic size, with a double bed, two double wardrobes and plenty of space for a large desk and chest of drawers as seen in pics. The bathroom is shared between 2.

The flat is in a great location, just a few moments from the common on a lovely quiet residential road in Balham, under 10 mins walk to Balham tube and under 5 to Wandsworth Common.

You will be living with Liv, Braden and myself. We are all very chilled housemates and get on very well, often going for picnics on the common during summer or the occasional pub quiz. We are looking for a like minded house mate who wants to be a part of the flat, treats it like a home and takes pride in keeping it clean and respectful of noise etc.

Bills are all split between four (not included in price shown)
