Cozy room in Balham house with garden

Hello!

We have a spare room available in our lovely house in Balham.

The location is perfect with the house situated on a quiet street just off Wandsworth Common, a 5 min walk to Wandsworth Common station and a 10 minute walk to Balham station or Clapham South (northern line).

The rent is amazing for the area with a large garden, garage, living room and is a lovely place to call home.

The room is cozy / on the smaller side but it fits a double bed with under-bed storage as well as a wardrobe, bedside table with drawers and a book shelf. There is unfortunately no space for a desk in the room (unless you are very creative) so this room would not suit someone who works from home a lot.

Rent is £555 per month, deposit is £566 and bills are roughly £90 a month. Move in date is 18th May.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable & easy going. We enjoy cooking together, the odd mid week pub trip but also value each others' privacy as we all have busy, separate lives.
