Small double room next to Tooting Common!

Hey!

I’m Ellie, I'm 30, working in marketing, looking to rent my spare bedroom after finally finishing all the renovations!

The room is a small double with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers (and tons of space under the bed!), there’s a big sitting room with a dining area (great for hosting) and a new kitchen with a lot of storage!

Rent would be £825 and bills are around £150 each month (and probs cheaper in the summer).

A big thing to note is that I have a dog, Jax, he’s a 4.5 year old friendly and lovable cockapoo.

I work in the office twice a week but otherwise will be at home during the day, I’m quite social so will be out a fair amount but also looking for a housemate that would want to chill in the flat, have some wine, go for dinner every so often etc.
