Hello! I’m Charlotte, a teacher, who will be sadly leaving this beautiful bedroom in Balham! The bedroom is a spacious, warm and inviting! The main bathroom is next to your (potential) bedroom and would pretty much be yours as the other housemates have an en-suite in their bedroom. That said, naturally they would also have free rein to use it. You would be living with one girl and one boy who are a couple - they are so lovely!

The flat itself is modern, simplistic and open. The images are from a professional photographer but the furniture in your (potential) new room is slightly different. Please see other photos of the furniture currently in the bedroom. They can be left for an agreed price.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from Balham Tube Station and Overground. There are also many alternative transport link, 322, 155, and 50 Bus all within a 5 minute walking radius.

The house is close by to Wandsworth Common and Tooting Common.

The room rent is £1,100pcm and bills on top are roughly £80pcm.

You would be living with a lovely sociable couple (who share one bedroom) who very much enjoy doing their own thing but enjoy socialising too! They have always been very respectful of the shared living space. They both work full time and do not work from home (perhaps the odd time).
