Looking for a third housemate. We’ve lived in the house for a year together. Our third current housemate is moving out to buy his own place and we don’t want to leave the area.
It’s a chilled house as we are two easy going lads. We have a garden, live right next door to tooting common and a 5min walk from Balham station.
The room on offer is big (king sized bed, room for two desks), has its own sink and its own additional private garden which is class in summer.
Looking for a third housemate that is chilled, clean and happy to be able to do their own thing but also get involved with housemates.
