Balham station is 5-10 minutes walk away (Northern Line and rail connections to London Victoria, London Bridge and Brighton) and there are loads of bus routes as well. All the shops, bars, and restaurants of Balham are on your doorstep including the large Sainsbury's supermarket round the back of the building, and Clapham South tube is a 5-10 minute walk away.

Monthly bills including council tax and fast wifi total roughly £150 a month.

Current flatmate is moving in May so I am looking for a like minded professional to share this amazing space with.

I am very active, run, swim and gym lots and love socialising. I work from home 2-days a week.
