We have a cosy and bright double room available for a short term sublet from 3rd December - 10th January.

The house is an 8 minute walk to Balham station and even less to the Bedford, supermarkets, commons and brunch spots.
The room is fully furnished and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other flattie. The house has an open plan kitchen/dining room, a separate living room and a lovely garden area.
We're looking for a tidy and considerate person to join our flat with 3 other lovely
girls aged 26-30.
**Preferable if you’re planning to be away over Christmas, as the flat will be quieter during that time**
