Short-Term Sublet in Balham – incredible Spot Opposite Tooting Common

Hey my name is Stephen and I’m off on my travels for just under 10 weeks to Central America, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I go causing chaos.

The Apartment
Ground-floor, fully furnished, and comes with a fab garden & patio (perfect for those rare British sunny days).
The room? Spacious with lovely bay windows, a massive built-in wardrobe, loads of storage, a double bed, and a bedside locker. Basically, all the essentials!
Two bathrooms (no morning queue nightmares!) and a shared kitchen/living room with a huge TV (and yes, you get access to all the streaming services—big shoutout to my housemate Archie for that).

The Location
Smack bang opposite Tooting Common, ideal if you fancy runs, coffee shop trips like the guys do, or a baltic trip to the Lido.
Balham Station (8-min walk) for both the Underground & Overground.
Surrounded by amazing pubs, restaurants, and both a Sainsbury’s & an Aldi
The Housemates
You’ll be living with three legend housemates who are all mates of mine; Their only delighted for a break.

Archie (25) & Cill (30) – A lovely couple (LGBT). Archie works in Food Safety, Cill’s in Recruitment. They love a good night out, a chilled one in, and an competitive game of Uno. Cill’s Irish, Archie’s British.
James (28) – Works in Tech Sales, also British. Absolute top bloke, always up for a laugh but also a solid companion for a quiet night in.
They’re chilled, friendly, and always up for a bit of banter. So if you’re clean, sociable, and not a house gremlin, you’ll fit right in.

Dates & Rent
📅 4th March (afternoon) – 6th/7th May (flexible within that week).
💰 £950 per month – BUT I’ll throw in the last week for free because London rent is daylight robbery, and I get it.
✅ ALL bills included (Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, etcg).
