Hidden treasure double room in Balham

Hello fellow renters!

I am currently looking for a new roommate to join me in this lovely 2 bedroom flat in Balham.

The room is currently empty as my flatmate has moved out already to their own home so available pretty quickly pending reference check.

The room is partially furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe and a desk/chair if required.

This would generally be ideal for someone who wants a fairly quiet chill place to call home who is happy to socialise, but also wants room to relax and have space of their own. It is also pretty reasonable for the area.

I feel it’s also worth noting it’s a safe space for anyone in the LGBT+ community and those who share those values.

There is a shared lounge/ kitchen area which has an oven, stove top, washing machine, fridge/freezer.

The area: we are in the middle of Balham and Clapham south stations ( approx 10 min walk) also close to the high street and shops such as Aldi, sainsburys, Waitrose.

Rent is £863 per month, not including bills which are around £150 ( Council tax - Band C, electricity, gas, water, broadband)
