Cosy Double Room in Balham Flat

We have a spare double room in our lovely flat, available from 22nd June.

You'll be living with three female flatmates, two from Scotland and one from South Africa - we enjoy socialising in the evening watching tv, the odd dinner in and out, as well as a drink in the wine bar across the road or at a local pub! We have a really nice balance of hanging out together but equally everyone has their own thing going on, so looking for someone who will fit in with that :)

The flat is is an excellent location within Balham - we are less than 5 minutes walk from the tube and national rail, and there's a bus stop out just out the front too (as well as parking available if needed). We have a 24hr concierge, and lot of shops/amenities within minutes from the flat. There are a great bunch of pubs and brunch spots just around the corner too.

The move in date will be 22nd June (although if an earlier move in date was preferable let us know and we could be slightly flexible), and the breakdown is:

Deposit is £894
Rent is £1050 (heating and hot water is included in the rent price)
Bills are approx £67 (this includes electricity, wifi, council tax, thames water)
