⚫ Easy to get to central London on the Northern line from Balham station, approx 8 mins walk
⚫ There’s an Aldi, TK Maxx, Dominoes, Oliver Bonas, Sainsburys, Co-op, Waitrose, Pret, Joe & The Juice, Starbucks and a McDonalds all within 5-10 mins walk from the flat

ABOUT YOUR FLATMATE:
⚫ Claudia is in her late 20s and works in Film/TV PR
⚫ She's in the office four days a week most of the time, sometimes she WFH an extra day but it’s rare!
⚫ She vapes (in her room only)
⚫ Ideally she'd like to live with someone else who wants a calm and comfortable place to relax at home / not a party flat!
