I’m looking for a professional flatmate to join me in a modern two bed flat in Balham. The available room is a spacious double with its own private bathroom. I’ll be living in the other bedroom with my own en-suite.

The flat has a large modern open plan kitchen and living area with plenty of natural light.

I’m a very clean and tidy, easy going professional working in real estate investment and I’m in the office five days a week. I’m big into sport and train most days (gym, running, cycling etc). Always up for a beer or coffee but also happy doing my own thing.

Looking for a professional flatmate who’s also clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes to Balham station and Clapham South tube, and very close to Waitrose and Sainsbury’s.

Looking for someone to move in end of February / start of March.
