👩🏻 about me: I’m sociable and sporty so most evenings I’m at the gym after work, or seeing my friends/boyfriend, but I do love to chill at home too. I work from home in my room about half of the week. I’m looking for a flatmate who is up for Netflix nights but who also enjoys doing their own thing. The flat will come with a little indoor cat too 🐱, so new tenant would need to be cat-friendly!
🏡 I live in a 2 bed ground floor flat with access to a large garden via the living room.
I’m looking for a flatmate to move into the spare double room in the flat. I’ve lived here since 2020 and really enjoy the close access to Clapham/Balham and also Clapham Junction. 🚆 There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby which is a bonus.
The lease is June to June 2027 but flat will be available from 18 April (possible to be flexible!)
The rent is currently £1007 but we expect a rough increase of 3.6% in June to around £1043, and bills come to around £160 so looking at around £1200 pcm all in ☺️
