Short Term double bedroom next to Balham station

I have a lovely first floor double room available for a one-month rental period from Saturday 18th April through to Sunday 17th May 2026. The room includes a double bed, a study/work desk, a very spacious chest of drawers, and open wardrobe. Access to all living areas (including lounge Television) included in rental.

The house has two bedrooms in total, one bathroom, a modern kitchen (including all mod cons), and a separate living and dining room. There is also a small garden at the back.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Balham Tube (Northern Line) and Overground Train station with excellent links to Clapham Junction, London Waterloo, and London Victoria.

My partner will be away with work so you would be sharing the house with myself and our gorgeous Cockapoo Oscar.

Only requirement is for an upfront full deposit to secure the room. All bills are included in the rental amount of £1300 so there is nothing else to pay. If you are a couple, an extra £300 would be required to cover the bills.
