Bright, Spacious Room in Friendly Flatshare – Avai

We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our home from 16th March. You’d be sharing with Sophie and Hannah - two friendly, busy professionals in their early 30’s who love their home, enjoy hanging out together, but also have full lives and work schedules.

The room is bright, quiet and generously sized - it comfortably fits a king-size bed which you will need to provide. There’s a built-in double wardrobe and we also have a few pieces of furniture available if helpful.

💷 Rent: £1,100 pcm (excluding bills)

We’re really keen to find someone who wants more than just a room - someone who’ll treat the flat like home, get stuck in, and feel like part of the family. We’re social and enjoy spending time together, but equally respect each other’s space and busy work lives.

🐶 Important: You must be a dog lover and happy to have dogs around from time to time.
