Huge double en suite room in modern Balham flat

Looking for a couple or individual to move into our beautiful Balham flat for end of March / start of April time.

The flat is a modern conversion of an old paper mill and is a beautiful development which is spacious, modern, bright and split over 3 floors (top floor would be your own).

The room is a large double bedroom, with set up for a desk, loads of storage and also a modern en suite along with high ceilings.

You’d be sharing with me (Jordan) the current tenant to replace my current housemates (who are a couple) as they have bought their first home.

The house is absolutely amazing as you’ll see from the pictures and is located in Balham (5 min walk from Balham or 10 min walk from Clapham South). We have modern fast broadband, sky and all the streaming platforms and a cleaner that comes once a fortnight.

Ideally looking for a couple to replace my house mates ideally 25 - 37 age wise and working professionals who are either in the office or work hybrid (not fully remote workers).

Rent for both people combined is £2,684 per month and bills are roughly £200 per person every month.
