Great room available in sociable Balham house!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our great sociable apartment in Balham!

It’s a bright furnished bedroom in a large first floor flat. You’d share a bathroom with one other housemate, with the flat also having a big kitchen and living room, with access also to a communal garden.

Ideal location. Less than five minutes to Balham tube, with plenty of green space, coffee spots, gyms and everything you need nearby.

You’d be living with two of my friends, Josh (26, male) and Nick (30, male), both in sales with Nick in the office all week. They’re both super chilled, fun and respectful. They’re looking for someone to not only be a housemate, but add to the social vibe of the house (pub, sports, running, etc.) - bonus if you’re a Spurs fan.

Landlord is great and hasn’t raised the rent in 4 years!

Available towards the end of April, with some flexibility to be available earlier if needed.
