Hello! We are looking for someone to take over this double room from the 8th of March. We’re a very social flat (3 people in total), tend to chill in the evenings and can go out together at the weekends too, while also having time to ourselves. Would like people on the same wave length 😊

Double room (only bed included), on the smaller side with no space for a desk to WFH, so ideally it would be someone who does not WFH. Large wardrobe which is great for storage!

Available for 11 month lease with option for renewal.

About the flat:

- Room price: Room is 940 + 110 bills monthly

- 15~ min walk to Clapham South and Balham overground / underground

- Bus stop to Balham / Pollards Hill near front door

- 5 minute walk to Tooting Common

- Large open living room and kitchen area

- Dishwasher and washing machine (no dryer)

- Shared bathroom with one other person (the 3rd room has an en-suite)

- Large garden

- We take turns cleaning the flat and keep it clean!



Requirements:

- 25-30, male or female

- No couples

- No students

- - Must have a job as the landlords carry out checks to ensure a salary etc.

- No smoking/vaping allowed

- Must be clean
