The house is within 1 minute’s walking distance to the tube and overground, as well as shops, bars, gyms, restaurants, and 3 large parks – all on the doorstep and within easy walking distance. Balham is a nice, relaxed area with a number of good bars, cafés, and restaurants.

We are a very easy-going and chilled house and looking for another to join us.
