Our flatmate is moving back to New Zealand after 3 years in London so we’re looking to fill his room in our 3 bed, 1 bathroom flat in Balham.
Rent is £1092 and bills come to around £100. Move in date is March 15th, 2026.
The flat is situated in between Tooting and Balham, about a 6-7 min walk to either Tooting Bec or Balham station, with lots of cute pubs, cafes, restaurants nearby as well as a big Sainsbury’s, Aldi and a 24-hour Tesco Express all a few minutes away.
The room is bright and spacious with space to work from home also. The flat has a relaxed vibe, clean and tidy, and works well for someone who enjoys their own routine but is also up for socialising and hanging out as a flat every so often too as we love a movie/games night or going to the pub for a drink. We’re looking for a like minded working professional who’s easygoing, tidy, and friendly.
You’ll be living with Awais (27) and Jack (29) who moved into the flat as friends. Awais works in TV and Jack works in the NHS. Keen to find a flatmate that has their own thing going on but, equally, is looking to be mates and get stuck into life in SW.
