About the house:
it’s a 3 bed, with private landlords, large lounge, kitchen and hallway/entrance. Bathroom has a waterfall shower and bath. It was repainted a year ago with fresh carpet. It’s on Carminia Road which is just off Bedford hill and takes around 6 mins to walk to the tube/sainsburys/Milk/gails etc.

About the flatmates:
Joe is an MD for a health and wellness startup, he’s into football, the gym and throughly enjoys rice with chicken on a daily basis
Ashleigh works for the NHS, she’s active, enjoys spending time with her friends and is always travelling to a new destination!

They’re looking for someone chilled out, clean & tidy, someone who’s happy to do their own thing but also sit in and watch a movie + order Deliveroo, ideally someone who doesn’t WFH 5 days a week and is in the office/hybrid and will take great care of the flat. We’re not a party flat so someone respectful is also a must.

Please note - the applicant must pass reference checks and be in full time employment. No students, no couples (sorry!) and no pets.
