Double Room in Heart of Balham

Sadly I am moving out of this well located flat in Balham and my room is available from 22 March (although I can be flexible). I am only leaving as moving country. It is a lovely, modern and bright three bedroom flat with shared kitchen/living room and a small balcony. It is about a 5 min walk from Balham Station and the Tube (Northern Line) as well as all the shops on Balham High Road. With multiple supermarket options close by! You’d be sharing with two others; Daisy and Ella, who are both lovely.

The room available is a good sized double room. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, drawers and a desk. And you would share a bathroom with Daisy.

You will be living with Daisy (27) and Ella (30). Daisy has been living in London (and this flat) for around 4 years, she loves a chilled TV night but also likes to get out and explore London and is always keen to get tickets to the theatre. Ella is Australian and has lived in London and the flat for around 18 months. She also loves a good TV show and exploring London and Europe! And is always making good use of her weekends seeing something new! Both flatmates are really friendly and easy to get along with and would love someone similar to join and be friends with. We are a LGBTQI+ friendly household.

Preference would be for a woman aged 25-35. Bills are currently £83.43 a month.
