The house share contains 3 bedrooms with ensuite / dedicated bathrooms for each room, as well as an additional communal bathroom and additional study. Communal areas including an open plan kitchen/dining room, as well as outdoor patio perfect for barbecues. Along with the well proportioned bedrooms these living areas create enough space for those who intermittently work from home. On-street parking is available through a permit via the council.

The property is situated in an incredible location, with a choice of 3 wonderful open spaces (Wandsworth Common, Tooting Bec Common and Clapham Common) within easy walking distance. Within minutes of the house there are a large variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs and with brilliant transport links with tube and rail within 2 mins walking distance.

Current housemates are sports fans, enjoy football, rugby, fitness, and additionally enjoy a spot of darts on our very own dartboard!

En-suite is large and for sole use of new occupant. Two sinks, walk in shower, bathtub and toilet. Room has plenty of storage also.

Bike(s) also welcome with plenty of space to leave in the property, indoor or outdoor.

Room available until end of August when tenancy ends. Ideally someone who would like to take it until then however for the right fit happy to be flexible on move in/move out dates.

Bills usually come to around £60-70 per month in winter - will be lower in summer.
