Looking for a girl in her mid twenties to replace me in a gorg Balham flatshare, as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.



It is a lovely spacious flat with a separate kitchen and living area and two bathrooms, only 7 minutes to Balham station and 10 minutes to Wandsworth Common. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and desks, and the landlord is super responsive for any issues.



You will be living with 2 girls in their mid twenties, Immie and Laura. Both work full time and are looking for another yo-pro girl with good vibes who has their own thing going on but likes to catch up over tv in the evenings and will treat this like a home.
