We have a room available in our lovely 3-bedroom house just a short walk from Balham tube station (Northern Line and National Rail – great connections into central London).

About Us
We’re Siobhan and Neave, both 29, originally from Bristol and Surrey, and have lived in London for 4+yrs. We both work full-time, in office and wfh.

We love a Sunday morning stroll for coffee and pastries, nights out at a wine bar or dancefloor, and equally evenings in binge watching glee or the summer I turned pretty (don’t judge us for our tv choices!)

This house is a home and we’d love for someone to feel the same way, whilst being respectful of each others space and routines ☺️
